RRahi Print Shop (RPS) provides a wide range of printing solutions, including Visiting Cards, Stationery, Labels & Stickers, Thank You Cards, Marketing Materials, and more. Our goal is to be a one-stop printing destination for small, medium, and large businesses, fulfilling printing requirements from small to bulk quantities.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Production time depends on the selected printing process, but generally, the print-to-dispatch timeline is around 5-7 working days

What is your return or refund policy?

We have a No Refund Policy. If you are unsure about the quality, we recommend placing a small-quantity order first

Can I upload my own design?

Yes, you can upload your own design, but please ensure it follows our image/design policy.

Do you provide design services if I don’t have a ready design?

Yes, we have an expert design team. Designing services are available at an additional charge. Please refer to our designing policy for more details.

What file formats do you accept for design uploads?

We accept CDR, AI, JPEG, PDF, and PNG file formats

Do you offer bulk discounts?

What are the shipping charges?

Can I make changes to my design after placing an order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking ID that you can use to track your shipment online.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We ensure that no damaged items are dispatched. However, if your package arrives damaged, we **highly recommend recording an unboxing video** as proof. If damage occurs during transit, RRahi Print Shop (RPS) is not responsible, but you can contact our customer care team for assistance.
