Refund policy

Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 3 hours of placement. Once processing has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

Return Policy:

• Returns are only accepted in cases of product damage or incorrect printing caused by our side.
• To be eligible for a return, a video of the package being opened is compulsory as proof.
• If approved, replacement or correction will be provided.

Refund Policy:

• In special cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 5-7 working days.
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

No Return, No Exchange: Since our products are customized and printed as per customer requirements, no returns, exchanges, or COD orders are allowed.
