Return & Exchange Policy

• We generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
  
• Returns/exchanges are only accepted if the error is from RRahi Print Shop’s side.
  
• Custom or personalized products are strictly non-returnable.
  
• Refunds or exchanges (if applicable) will be processed only after a thorough quality inspection.
  
• Shipping costs for returns must be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

1. Color Format & Resolution
- Artworks should be in CMYK color format.
- Ensure a minimum resolution of 300 dpi for the best print quality.

2. Bleed & Safe Margin
- Add a 3 mm bleed area around all edges of your design.
- Keep all-important text at least 4 mm away from the final trim edge.

3. Fonts & File Formats
- Convert fonts to outlines or curves to avoid missing fonts.
- Preferred file formats: PDF, CDR, AI, SVG (Vector formats).

4. Special Finishes (UV, Emboss, Foil, etc.)
- If your design includes UV, embossing, or foil, provide a separate file highlighting the areas to be processed.

5. Card Sizes
- Regular Card: 88.9 mm × 50.8 mm (8.89 cm × 5.08 cm)
- Slim Card: 85 mm × 40 mm (8.5 cm × 4 cm)
- Square Card: 65 mm × 65 mm (6.5 cm × 6.5 cm)

6. Color Disclaimer
- Expect a 10-20% color difference between your design and the final printed product due to variations in ink and material.
