1. General By using RRahi Print Shop's website and services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
  • Design approval (if required) must be confirmed before printing.

3. Product Disclaimer

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences and printing processes.
  • Printing errors due to incorrect files provided by the customer will not be eligible for refunds.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
  • If the delivery status shows "Delivered" but the product is not received, customers must raise an issue within 48 hours for resolution.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Only accepted in case of damage or incorrect product, with video proof.
  • No returns, exchanges, or COD orders are allowed.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to use any logos, images, or text submitted for printing.
