Get your file print-ready.

The same simple rules apply to every product: visiting cards, stickers, thank you cards, envelopes, letterheads and bill books. Not sure? Upload what you have. We check every file for free.

Your DesignKeep text and logos inside this line

Bleed (2 mm): extend your background colour or image to here. This part is cut off.

Trim line: the finished size, where the job is cut.

Safe area (3 mm inside): keep all text and logos inside.

File layout

Three lines to remember

Cutting machines can move slightly, so every file needs a little extra colour outside the cut (bleed) and a margin inside it (safe area). This is the same for all our products.

Set your document to the finished size plus 4 mm (2 mm on each side). For a visiting card that is 94 × 58 mm. See the sizes for every product below.
