Shipping charges
Shipping is a flat ₹50 per order anywhere in India, whatever the size or weight of your parcel. A pack of visiting cards and a box of letterheads cost the same to ship.
You see the shipping charge at checkout, before you pay. Product prices include printing and packaging; shipping is added separately.
Dispatch time
Your order is printed and dispatched in about 7 days. This time starts when you approve your proof, not when you place the order, so reply to your proof on WhatsApp quickly to get your order sooner.
If an order needs more time, for example a large bulk order, we tell you on WhatsApp before we start printing.
Delivery time
After dispatch, the courier usually delivers in 2–7 days, depending on your city and pincode. Metro cities are usually faster; remote areas can take longer.
Courier delays caused by weather, holidays or local restrictions are outside our control, but we will help you follow up with the courier.

Delivery address
Please give your full address with pincode and a phone number the courier can reach. We ship to the address entered at checkout. If you need to change it, message us before your order is dispatched.
Damaged or wrong parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is wrong, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving it, with photos and your order number. Read our refund policy for how we review and fix issues.
